Monthly Meal Plan
At the beginning of each month, you will receive a downloadable PDF package that can be viewed on your phone, computer, tablet, or printed off. They will include weekly meal plans, weekly grocery lists, and meal prep strategies. All of these items are designed to save you time and money in the kitchen.
Who is the meal plan for?
Go from feeling lost and unsure to being completely organized and confident in everything food! Grocery shopping, meal planning, meal prepping, and cooking!

Em's Prairie Kitchen Recipes
Each meal plan with come with a standard collection of Em's Prairie Kitchen Recipes; including some exclusive recipes that aren't on the blog! The meal plan consists of:
6/7 supper recipes for the week; leaving one night open to enjoy some of your favourite local restaurants or enjoy some takeout!
Weekday lunches; consisting of leftovers or easy cold lunches
Weekly weekend brunch recipe
One snack or drink recipe per week
Weekly Meal Plans
Far too many times have I gotten to the middle of the week at 5 pm and found myself without any plan for supper, nothing in my fridge, and no idea of what I'm even craving. I don't want you to feel like that. Included in the meal plans will be weekly meal plans to put into a less overwhelming plan of what the month will look like. As you start each week, you will be able to look ahead into the week with an idea of what you'll be cooking until Friday. And with some pretty tasty recipes, you'll have something to look forward to each week.

Weekly Grocery Lists
Another item that will be included in the meal plans is a weekly grocery list. Whatever day of the week that you like to grocery shop, bring this list with you and you'll be able to find the ingredients easily and quickly, ultimately saving you time and money in the grocery store. Although the meal plan only includes suppers/dinners, weekday lunches, and a couple of weekend recipes, just add your breakfast and snack ingredients to the list by category and you'll be good to go!
I think we all know way too well the grocery store visit spent wandering around aimlessly down each aisle expecting a recipe idea to come to us. Then, we usually end up grabbing random ingredients (including expensive ones that we don't need) and then being surprised by both the time and money spent at the grocery store. These will save you time and money at the grocery store, I promise!
The weekly grocery lists will be provided in the following format and also filled out by me.
Meal Prep Strategies
One more thing that is included in these meal plans is a meal prep strategy for every week. I think almost anyone who has meal prepped - and no, not just in the aesthetically-pleasing way that everyone has to post on Facebook or Instagram about that seems totally unattainable - but just by having a plan for your leftovers and feeling less stressed because of it. I love that feeling!
I started loving meal prepping when I moved to the city for school and was living on my own because I had no one else to cook for me (thanks for doing that for 19 years Mom). Although I started doing it out of necessity due to my busy school and work schedule, I really started to enjoy it, even during my not-so-busy weeks as well. I also found that was a lot less tempted to eat out because I knew that I had really good food waiting for me at home that was way cheaper.
Whether it's cutting up some veggies in the morning for supper or cooking some meat on Sunday to add to cold lunches throughout the week, I will provide you with some of my meal prep strategies for each week by the day so you can get food ready when you have time and feel less stressed during that actual mealtime.
Pricing
These monthly meal plans are priced at $31.50.
The meal plan will be available for purchase on Friday, January 27th and the recipes are to start on and Monday you choose! I will be starting mine the first Monday after they are available. The meal plans will be available to purchase throughout the whole month.
