Vanilla Cranberry Gin Fizz
Ingredients
1.5 ounces gin
¾ ounce lemon juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 ounces cranberry juice
pinch of cinnamon
2 ounces rosé prosecco or sparkling wine
mint, for topping
cranberries, for topping
Step 1: Shake & Chill
Place a champagne flute in the freezer 20 minutes before serving.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cranberry juice, and cinnamon. Seal and shake until completely cooled, about 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute.
Step 2: Pop & Serve
